Cozy rooms, but a hard truth

The staff were incredibly friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly hearty, with fresh options.

Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortably soft for our backs, and the area felt a bit sketchy. We also faced an unexpected charge for a minor housekeeping issue.

Helpful staff made it better

We had a pretty chill time. The staff at the front desk was super helpful when our Wi-Fi dropped. They went out of their way to figure it out! Also, the picnic area was nice to hang out in. But man, the beds were a bit rough—woke up kinda sore. Breakfast wasn’t that great either, not enough food out.

I recently enjoyed my stay in a Queen Room Non-Smoking at Comfort Inn. The location was fantastic, bringing a calm essence amidst Lacey's hustle. While the swimming pool could use a touch more cleanliness, the overall atmosphere and attentive staff made my experience good.

It was just a balanced option for a break on a long journey in Lacey, great for the money. The hot chocolate chip cookies at 7:00 every night were a nice touch, but you better get there early! Breakfast could be more consistent, so try to get there right when it opens.

Excellent service and comfortable stay

The stay was wonderful, especially thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcomed. Our room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The breakfast surprised me with its variety, especially the fresh hot cookies available in the evening. However, the vending machine was out of order, which was a little inconvenient.

Solo traveler looking for a decent stay

The breakfast was actually pretty good, filling and quality. The staff were nice too, I even borrowed a highlighter from one of them while working on my research in the lobby.
